FORMER NESTLE COLD STORE SOLD FOR $1.225M
A purpose built warehouse/office facility at Mount St John in Townsville has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1.225 million.
The site of the former Nestle cold store at 25 Crocodile Crescent, Mount St John, was sold by Ray White Commercial Townsville Co-Principals Graeme Russell and Adrian Pascoe on behalf of owners PK Holdings Pty Ltd.
Graeme Russell said the property was sold to Tweed Wholesale Bait Supplies Pty Ltd, a family-owned company which has facilities throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
“It’s an ideal base for Tweed Bait’s Townsville operations,” Graeme Russell said.
Adrian Pascoe said the facility comprised a 107 sqm office and a 184 sqm warehouse.
“The property is located on a 2917 sqm site zoned core industry,” Adrian Pascoe said.
“The warehouse has a 284 sqm freezer attached and a hydraulic loading dock.”
