Evolve College Expands in Townsville
Expanding registered training organisation Evolve College has purchased premises at Mysterton to boost its operations in Townsville in north Queensland.
Evolve College has bought a former fashion boutique at 1/259-261 Charters Towers Road, Mysterton, for $440,000 in a deal negotiated by Troy Townsend of Ray White Commercial Townsville.
“Evolve College has purchased a 160 sqm vacant freestanding building for $440,000 which is outstanding value for a prime Charters Towers Rd address,” Troy Townsend said.
“The building has previously been used as a high-end fashion store and, many years ago, as a newsagency.
“It has great street presence for their business and the location is complemented by other surrounding training businesses.”
Evolve College, which operates around Australia, will convert the Mysterton facility into its Townsville campus. The college is expanding its offering from training in massage to courses in aged care, business and childcare.
Evolve has been in Townsville for a decade and previously provided classes from the Pimlico TAFE campus.
