Adrian Pascoe

Adrian Pascoe has been involved in sales since 1992 and in 2006 made the transition into commercial real estate.  Real estate has been instilled from a very early age, with Adrian's father Jeff Pascoe having owned and operated his locally owned firm for over 40 plus years.

Having established a high knowledge and understanding in the commercial industry for 6 years, mid 2010 amalgamated with Graeme Russell to launch the Ray White Commercial Townsville franchise, specialising in the Commercial & Industrial market.

Throughout Adrian’s career he has successfully negotiated numerous sales and leasing transactions and assisted to ensure his clients achieve the highest possible result.  His clients range from the private investor to the national & international corporate client.  Adrian has a comprehensive understanding of all areas in the commercial market and understands the clients requirements to achieve and outperform their expectations.

Adrian believes that keeping an honest and professional approach in all aspects of sales and leasing helps build a strong relationship with clients.  It is without doubt his wealth of knowledge and contacts are an advantage to anyone utilising his services. 

Position:

Adrian is the managing director of Ray White Commercial Townsville and currently employs 13 staff in both property management and sales & leasing.  Ensuring the quality assurance in property management meets the high expectation on the client's tenanted investment.   The Ray White sales & leasing team has been guided and directed by the directors to consistently maintain the strategies and know how to assist their clients to achieve an outstanding result.  The team is always backed with the knowledge that Adrian will always support and assist when required.
