A block of six modern townhouses at Kirwan, south-west of Townsville, is being offered for sale on behalf of Receivers and Managers by Ray White Commercial.
Units 1-6 at 8 Ash Street, Kirwan, are being marketed in an Expressions of Interest campaign by Karen Seeto of Ray White Commercial and Michelle Arnold of Ray White Townsville.
The property is being sold under instructions from Guy Edwards and Darryl Kirk as Receivers and Managers of Boon Eaton Projects Pty Ltd (Receivers and Manager Appointed) of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Karen Seeto said the six units, on land area of approximately 1,298 sqm, offered contemporary living with a host of modern features.
